Formation of labor relations

We develop, execute, and provide the Customer with draft orders, protocols, management orders, and internal regulatory documents. We develop, execute, and provide the Customer with packages of documents for registering labor relations with the Customer's employees. We inform the Customer about changes in Ukraine's current legislation, organize, along with other divisions, the study of regulatory acts related to the Customer's activities by the Customer's managers and specialists, and regularly conduct personal receptions of the Customer's employees, providing them with legal consultations.

We develop, review, edit, and deliver contracts and agreements that our clients conclude with other businesses and individuals. We actively participate in preparing and executing various types of contracts, endorse their terms, support the negotiation and signing process, and are present during key discussions. Corporate Law

We create draft statutory documents, develop and register amendments to corporate charters, and submit necessary changes to the Customer’s operations for approval by the relevant state regulatory authorities. We provide legal support for liquidation and bankruptcy procedures. We represent our clients’ interests before government, law enforcement, regulatory, and other authorities, organizations, and institutions to protect their legal rights. On behalf of the client, we participate in balance sheet commission meetings and develop proposals based on financial and economic performance results. We analyze legal processes and offer recommendations to improve legal workflows within enterprises, institutions, or organizations. This service may include on-site visits by our team or invited specialists within Dnipro and the Dnipropetrovsk region (with a maximum stay of two working days). We also offer nationwide on-site legal analysis and consulting across Ukraine (with a maximum stay of two working days).

Additionally, we conduct legal training courses and seminars for the client's teams or individual employees on their rights, obligations, and strategies for interacting with regulatory authorities, following a program agreed upon with the client or focusing on specific areas of interest.

Claims and Court Work

By established legal procedures, we represent, protect, and defend our clients’ interests in courts. We review receivables and payables reflected on the company’s balance sheet and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve outstanding debts. On behalf of the client, we prepare case materials related to theft, misappropriation, shortages, substandard products or services, and other violations for submission to investigative and judicial authorities. We also take measures to recover damages caused to the client. Additionally, we assist in organizing and monitoring the client's compliance with legal procedures governing the sale, acceptance, and delivery of goods, products, and services under existing contracts and Ukrainian legislation.
